Airbus Military enlisted GSE on two separate occasions to provide fire protection design. The preliminary project consisted of the addition of a 26,000-square-foot hangar and office space. The exterior scope included water supply, underground utilities to the building and fire hydrants. The interior scope included a fire sprinkler, high-expansion foam and hose stations for the hangar. The fire alarm system design included releasing panels, detection and notification features. The second project consisted of an 8,000-square-foot expansion to a workshop and offices in the component repair area.
