Construction Management
The GSE Construction Management staff has managed numerous industrial projects for clients in the chemical, manufacturing, and transportation industries.
Interior Design
Our Interior Designer’s experience includes a wide variety of projects including commercial, retail, government, corporate, and residential.
LEED Consulting
Our LEED experience includes projects such as the Tuskegee Airmen Museum and National Historical Sites for the National Parks Services. Project experience includes both new construction and renovation of existing buildings.
Forensic Engineering
Our Forensic Engineers investigate products, materials, structures and components that either fail or malfunction causing loss to person(s) and property and set down the methodology involved to locate the cause(s) leading to such faults.
Technip Spoolbase
GSE partnered with design-build contractor GA West for Technip USA’s new 75,000-square-foot spoolbase facility. The facility fabricates and welds mile-long pipe lengths that are spooled and transported by large ships to be laid offshore for the oil and gas industry. GSE’s scope of work included life safety, mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineering design for the new pipe storage, assembly, spooling and loading facilities.
